<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">根據統計數字,雙北市房租和薪資佔比特別偏高,陳傑鳴表示,主因為就業機會多集中雙北,讓租屋市場供不應求,所以近年租金漲幅最大,尤以台北市最誇張。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">在廚房擔任服務生的林先生,因為需要很早上班,就近在台北市信義區租房子,月租金</span><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;" lang="EN-US">1.6</span><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">萬元,就佔了薪水的一半,實在很難存到錢,只能限制娛樂開銷。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">崔媽媽基金會社會事業處處長張艾玲建議,房租負擔不宜超過薪資的</span><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;" lang="EN-US">30%</span><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">,若剛入社會薪水有限,可以往市中心外圍如台北市萬華、大同、社子,或是北投區等找房子。</span></p>
