<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">台灣房屋智庫發言人張旭嵐表示,不少早期名宅因釋出稀有,加上持有稅負成本相對較低,仍有區域型高資產買盤認同,大安、信義不少早期名宅迄多房價仍站穩百萬以上。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">調查顯示,這些仍屬房屋制舊標準單價的十大名宅,除了大直水岸「帝景水花園」二、三期外,多數均位於大安區及信義區,又以仁愛路、信義路三、四段及敦化南路最密集,為不少早期政商傳產企業主的起家厝。</span></p>
