今年房市329檔期不一樣 票房毒藥重出江湖

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">住展雜誌企研室經理何世昌表示,</span><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;" lang="EN-US">329</span><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">檔連二年量縮,顯示建商心態仍保守,不敢大舉推新案,不過,有推案的似乎都很有信心,北市中正、信義、中山、新北板橋、土城與新店等區,都有建案打算開出高價。</span></p>
