<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">至於走跌的西門站,全國不動產企研室主任張勻表示,西門町周邊住宅成交多位於環河南路、康定路一帶,為相對低單價、低總價路段,加上近年觀光風潮及西區門戶開發計劃,使屋主之前開高價,免不了要面對價格回修的命運,加以去年建案「台北晶麒」陸續交屋,有投資客轉手賠售出清,亦拉低整體價格。</span></p>
