<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">大家房屋企研室主任郎美囡表示,北市房價先前下修,吸引不少打算外移的民眾回流買屋,但隨景氣好轉、買氣回升,屋主態度紛紛轉硬,買方價格殺不下來,不是觀望,就是掉頭再度外流,一度縮減的去化天數,又再拉長。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">相對的,新北案量大、賣壓重,很多賣很久的房子,降價求售,新上架物件也大多平實開價,平均去化速度因此加快。</span></p>
