建商體質不全遭淘汰 建案法拍增1.85倍

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">業者分析,即使自去年下半年以來,房市景氣已緩步回升、交易量逐步回穩,但以去年底各銀行逾放比,有略微提升的狀況來看,預期下半年整批建案遭法拍的現象還會再增加,遭盤整淘汰的建商還會逐步浮上檯面。</span></p>
