北台新重劃區戰火開打 房價待考驗

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">至於新竹部份,何世昌透露,新興重劃區大多位在都市計劃外的自辦重劃區,由於區段離市區較遠,所以建案多以相對低總價來拉攏市區客源,推案多以透天為主。民眾若選擇購買這類重劃區,通常要自備交通工具外,還要注意低總價建案下是否潛藏高單價地雷,因有些建案單價直追市區,但區段條件卻更差,購屋前需多比較留意。</span></p>
