買方縮手! 北中南移轉量同步衰退逾一成

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">全國不動產企研室主任張瀞勻分析,今年以來利空消彌,買方積極看屋,但股市萬點續航,加上政策對於房市友善、前五月移轉量數據佳等因素,讓賣方樂觀看待後市,不願讓價出售,買方殺價不成,猶豫期拉長,交易量因此出現明顯減少。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">南部二都衰退幅度大,全國不動產南區會長楊俊雄表示,部分購屋人認為年改上路,經濟景氣可能下滑,且年底選戰未明,加上一個月內斷交兩國新聞一出,購屋人認為政治的不穩定性,有影響台灣未來經濟發展的疑慮,因此轉而觀望。</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">全國不動產大台北市經理許智堯指出,目前台北市房市交易穩定,大多是市中心換屋族,看中蛋黃區價格修正,在投報率合理之下,積極進場購屋,但近期屋主心態轉硬,買方殺價並不如第一季容易。</span></p>
