<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">整體看來,今年買氣略有回溫,不過幅度不高,且部分交易量是交屋量支撐,住商不動產企劃研究室經理徐佳馨認為,信心回升凝聚出的買氣還不穩固,主要關鍵仍在買賣雙方對價格認知的差異,導致買氣難以推展,估計下半年若無重大話題,買氣不容易被期待。</span></p>
