房價回檔 大咖紛紛出手

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 9.0pt; mso-para-margin-bottom: .5gd; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 23.0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: '微軟正黑體',sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial;">葉立敏表示,除了不少人對區段情有獨鐘外,頂樓樓層也是許多企業家的最愛,頂樓居高臨下的景觀視野佳,通常都設計為特殊戶型,對豪宅買方來說稀有性就具收藏價值。如潤泰總裁尹衍樑在敦化北路「潤泰敦品」、仁愛圓環上的「潤泰敦仁」,以及博愛路「松濤苑」等自家建案都有購入頂樓;同樣偏愛頂樓的包括藝人林志穎,在大直砸下四點五八億元,先後購入兩戶「國美大真」頂樓,包下整層隱密性更高。</span></p>
