margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">台灣房屋智庫資深分析師陳炳辰表示,政府與民間銀行在房貸業務態度積極,屢推出優惠房貸方案,而利率持續偏低,吸引不少首購民眾進場,甚至投資客群也下場試水溫,有效促使承做房貸額度走高。</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt;
