<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">整體而言,雖價格反彈,但交易量並未回升。全國不動產企研室主任張勻指出,受新版豪宅稅及央行豪宅限貸令管控下,近年豪宅交易多是新成屋交屋潮,如去年的士林區「國泰天母」、「華固天鑄」陸續交屋而墊高成交量。</span></p>
