雙北屋主開價兩樣情 大安區最高每坪101萬

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">新北市這幾年讓利帶動買氣的區域,包括板橋、淡水、新莊、土城等,今年開價較去年上升,不過漲幅僅</span><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;" lang="EN-US">1%</span><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">內,屋主開價微漲測試市場接受度,並兼顧維繫買氣的心態相當明顯。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt; margin-top: 9pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">陳傑鳴表示,觀察市場可發現,價格高、買氣復甦較慢的區域,屋主仍持續放低姿態,先前建商大力喊出讓利的區域,雖成功吸引到市場關注與買氣,但因買氣主要集中在少數個案,並非全面提升,區域內屋主開價也仍保守。</span></p>
